健康青年仰卧位肺通气功能正常预计值研究
Reference Values and Predicted Equations for Supine - position Pulmonary Function in Healthy Young People
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish predicted equations for supine - position pulmonary function in healthy young peo-ple in Hebei Province,to provide a reliable reference for supine - position pulmonary function examination becoming a routine ex-amination. Methods In 248 healthy young people who had entry examinations in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical Universi-ty from March 2012 to September 2013,there were 84 normal BMI males(BMI 18. 5 - < 25. 0 kg/ m2 ),14 obese(BMI≥25. 0 kg/ m2 ),and 21 thin females(BMI < 18. 5 kg/ m2 ),120 normal,9 obese. Using Jaeger MS - type functional instrument to determine the subjects' indexes of sitting - position and supine - position pulmonary function,including FVC,FEV1 ,FEV1 /FVC. Using stepwise multiple linear regression analysis,taking FVC,FEV1 ,FEV1 / FVC as dependent variables,and age, higher,body mass as independent variables,a predicted equation for males'and females' supine - position pulmonary function was established. Results The FVC,FEV1 / FVC of sitting position were higher than those of supine position in females(P <0. 05);there was no significant difference in females' FEV1 ,males' FVC,FEV1 ,FEV1 / FVC between sitting position and su-pine position(P > 0. 05). There was difference in FVC,FEV1 / FVC between different types of figure in females(P < 0. 05);there was no difference in females' FEV1 ,males' FVC,FEV1 ,FEV1 / FVC between different types of figure(P > 0. 05). The supine - position FVC,FEV1 predicted equations for thin females was significant(P < 0. 05),and those for males and females with normal types of figure was significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Since there are no domestic medical reference values for supine - position pulmonary function,using the above - mentioned predicted equations,which can evaluate supine - position pulmonary function effectively.关键词
