Macro-environment Analysis of General practitioners on Standardized Training Based on pEST Model

Abstract
Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Establishing General Practice System has proposed standardizing the training mode for general practitioners to transform it into " 5 +3" mode step by step,which means general practitioners should first receive a 5 -year undergraduate education on clinical medicine( including Traditional Chinese Medicine ), then a 3-year standardized training. This study adopts PEST model to analyze the macro environment of general practitioners' standard-ized training in China,and dissects the influencing factors from four aspects of policy,economy,society and technology.关键词
