摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the association between level of serum gamma-glutamyltansferase( GGT) and coro-nary artery lesions in the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 190 patients hospitalized in First Ward of Cardiology Department,Tangshan Gongren Hospital and diagnosed as coronary heart disease by coronary angiography were selected in Febru-ary to December 2012 and divided by quartile of serum GGT(17 U/L,22 U/L,30 U/L) into four groups:the first quartile group(GGT≤17 U/L),the second quartile group(17 U/L <GGT≤22 U/L),the third quartile group(22 U/L<GGT≤30 U/L),the fourth quartile group( >30 U/L),respectively. Madding trend analysis of each variable,collected patients' clini-cal materials,performed related biochemical examination and coronary artery angiography and graded the severity with Gensini score. Results Age,total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C),creatinine (Cr),uric acid(UA),Gensini score,Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)operative rate,smoking rate of the four groups were statistically significant(P<0. 05). TC,LDL-C,Cr,UA,Gensini score of the fourth quartile group were higher than those of the first and the second,with significant difference(P<0. 05);TC,Gensini score of the third were higher than the first and the second,with significant difference( P <0. 05 );GGT levels of serum were positively correlated with Gensini score,age,TC,TG,LDL-C,Cr,UA levels and negatively with high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C)level( P<0. 05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a dose-response relationship between GGT level and Gensini score,and after correction of the risk factors of coronary diseases,Gensini score entered the regression equation and it was higher with the increase of GGT level(P<0. 05). Conclusion There is a positive correlation between GGT and Gensini score after the correction of the risk factors. Elevated serum GGT is an independent risk factor associated with coronary heart disease,which provides theoretical basis for further clinical research.关键词
