摘要
Abstract
Pre-hospital care,an important part of public health services,is the first and the most important part of e-mergency medical system. In the construction of community-based first aid in Chaoyang district,it set up first-aid stations in health services in the area,enrolled community-based pre-hospital emergency and emergency medical rescue in public health services,which made up for the shortcomings of first-aid system development of community health services and improved their capability. Government funding,staffing allocation,performance appraisal and so on were internalized in public health services to give a comprehensive system and mechanism guarantee. It reached the building goal of shortening emergency time,reduced re-sponse radius,decreased medical costs,saved medical resources and improved emergency efficiency,thus to effectively alleviate the bottleneck problem" The recruiting and retaining of pre-hospital emergency personnel are difficult",which provided a way to learn for sustainable development of the cause of pre-hospital emergency.关键词
