口腔扁平苔藓患者焦虑抑郁情况分析
Analysis of Anxiety and Depression Condition in the Oral Lichen Planus Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the condition of anxiety and depression in oral lichen planus( OLP) patients. Methods 120 patients who were diagnosed as OLP by the Department of Oral Medicine of the Affilicated Hospital of Stomatology of Luzhou Medical College from January 2012 to October 2013 were included in the text group. Divided the 120 patients into groups of erosive and non-erosive according to the types of OLP lesion. 80 healthy volunteers who accompanied the patients in the same department and at the same time were included in the control group. Used Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale(HADS) to evaluate and compare the level of anxiety and depression of the object of the study. Results The test group of anxiety and de-pression incidence was 76. 7%(92/120),higher than that of the control group 13. 8%(11/80),the difference between the two groups was significant(χ2 =9. 21,P<0. 05). The average scores of the test group were higher than the control group in Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale for depression( HADS-D)and Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale for anxiety( HADS-A), the difference was significant(t=3. 70,3. 49,P<0. 05). The average scores of erosion group were higher than non-erosive group in HADS-D and HADS-A,the difference was significant(t=2. 71,2. 12,P<0. 05). Conclusion There is obvi-ously anxiety and depression in OLP patients. The degree of anxiety and depression of erosive OLP patients is obviously higher than non-erosive OLP patients.关键词
