三酰甘油与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值与绝经后女性代谢综合征的相关性研究
The Correlation Between TG/HDL-C and Metabolic Syndrome among Postmenopausal Women
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between triglyceride to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio ( TG/HDL-C)and metabolic syndrome( MS)among postmenopausal women. Methods A total of 408 postmenopausal women (≥50 years) who received physical examination in medical examination center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from August 2013 to December 2013,were selected as study subjects,the subjects were divided into MS group and non-MS group based on the 2005 criteria of International Diabetes Federation(IDF). The blood lipid level was detected,and TG/HDL- C was calculated. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 17. 0 software package. Results There was significant difference in TG/HDL-C between MS group and non-MS group〔(1. 70 ± 0. 77) vs(0. 74 ± 0. 46),P﹤0. 05〕. The subjects were divided into four subgroups according to TG/HDL-C quartiles. From subgroup quartile 1 to subgroup quartile 4,BMI,systolic blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose level, and TG level increased gradually, while HDL - C level decreased gradually,the differences were statistically significant ( P ﹤0. 05 ) . In a receiver - operating characteristic curve (ROC)analysis,when the cut off of TG/HDL-C was 0. 903,the diagnostic efficiency for MS achieved the highest value,the area under the curve was 0. 882〔P=0. 000,95%CI(0. 844,0. 920)〕,the sensitivity was 87. 40%,and the specificity was 74. 40%. Conclusion TG/HDL-C can be used as a good diagnostic indicator for MS among postmenopausal women.关键词
