老年乳腺癌患者心理韧性现状及影响因素研究
The Current State of Psychological Resilience and Its Influencing Factors in Elderly Patients with Breast Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current state of psychological resilience and its influencing factors in elderly patients with breast cancer and offer practical recommendations for psychological nursing in clinical practice. Methods We enrolled 115 elderly patients with breast cancer who received hospitalized treatment in two first -class hospitals at Grade 3 in Anhui Province from October,2013 to May,2014. Questionnaires of general information and scales of psychological resilience were used. Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were conducted to evaluate the influencing factors. Results The psychological resilience was at the upper - middle level, with ( 77. 4 ± 9. 6 ) in total points and ( 5. 5 ± 0. 7 ) in average points. The univariate analysis showed that there was statistic significance(P﹤0. 05)in the differences among levels of patients in terms of age,place of residence,literacy level,family relationship,monthly income of a family,disease exposure,clinical stage of tumor;the multivariate analysis showed that age, literacy level and family relationship entered the regression equation. Conclusion The level of psychological resilience should be enhanced in elderly patients with breast cancer;and age, literacy level and family relationship are its influencing factors. Nursing staff should watch closely on the dynamic changes of elderly patients' psychological resilience level and take diversified measures to improve their psychological resilience.关键词
