摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between the ratio of serum prostate cancer specific antigen( PsA) and free prostate specific antigen(fPsA)/PsA and bone metastases degree in patients with prostate cancer(PCa). Methods The patients visiting the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical College from October 2010 to March 2013 who were diagnosed with PCa by pathology were chosen and among them there were 80 cases with bone metastases and 50 cases without bone metastases which were confirmed by the whole body bone imaging combine with clinical manifestation and other imaging methods at the same time. In addition,30 patients who were diagnosed with prostate benign lesion by pathology were chosen as control group. serum PsA and fPsA levels were measured by Automatic Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer and the serum fPsA/PsA ratio was calculated. Results The differences of serum PsA and fPsA/PsA ratio in metastases group,not metastases group and control group were significant ( P<0. 05 ). The differences of serum PsA and fPsA/PsA ratio distribution were significant in metastases group and not metastases group(χ2 =48. 12,25. 17,P<0. 05). The correlation analysis result showed that serum PsA level of PCa patients was positively correlated with the sum of bone metastasis(r=0. 548,P<0. 001)and fPsA/PsA ratio was negatively correlated with the sum of bone metastasis(r = -0.525,P <0.001). Conclusion The degree of bone metastasis of the prostate cancer patient has significantly positive correlation with the levels of serum PsA and negative correlation with serum fPsA/PsA ratio. Monitoring the change of serum PsA and fPsA/PsA is of great applicable values for both the diagnosis of PCa bone metastasis and severity evaluation.关键词
