穴位按摩训练对社区轻度认知功能障碍老年人认知功能的影响研究
Effects of Acupoint Massage on Cognitive Functions of the Elderly with Mild Cognitive Impairment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of acupoint massage on cognitive functions of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment( MCI)in community. Methods 76 old people with MCI from a community in Changsha city were selected as study subjects from Apirl in 2012 to January in 2013,they were divided into control group(38 cases)and experiment group (38 cases)by random number table method. The cases in control group received routine care of the community,while the cases in experiment group received acupoint massage combined with routine care of the community. Cognitive functions of the two groups were evaluated prior to intervention,3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention using Mini Mental State Examination( MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment( MoCA)Beijing version. Results There were significant differences in the main effects of intervention, the main effects of time on scores of MoCA Beijing version, and interaction between intervention and time on scores of MMSE and MoCA Beijing version between two groups,respectively(P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in scores of MMSE and MoCA Beijing version between experiment group and control group prior to intervention(P>0. 05). There were significant differences in scores of MMSE and MoCA between experiment group and control group 6 months after intervention(P<0. 05). In experiment group,the scores of MMSE and MoCA Beijing version 6 months after intervention were significantly higher than those prior to intervention,respectively(P <0. 05). Conclusion Acupoint massage could significantly improve cognitive functions of old people with MCI in community, it is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
