乳腺单纯型黏液癌的超声与病理对照分析研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the reason of low sensitivity of pure mucinous carcinoma of breast( P-MC)to ultrasound by analyzing its ultrasonographic and pathological features. Methods Ultrasonographic and pathological data of 65 P-MC patients ( 73 lesions ) confirmed by surgery and pathological study in Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from 2007 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, and the ultrasonographic and pathological features were analyzed. Results The sensitivity and misdiagnosis rate of ultrasonography in diagnosing P -MC was 46. 6%( 34/73 ) and 53. 4%(39/73),respectively,and 21. 9%(16/73)of the patients were misdiagnosed as benign lesion(fibroadenoma). Pathological study showed that P-MC had clear edge and abundant extracellular mucus,and the carcinoma cells was few and with a slow growth. Conclusion P -MC is a subtype of mucinous carcinoma of breast,and its pathological specificity is an important reason for the misdiagnosis by ultrasonography.关键词
