摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huayu capsule combined with adefovir dipivoxil on patients with chronic hepatitis B ( CHB ), and to investigate the corresponding mechanism of the regimen. Methods We recruited patients with CHB who were admitted into Huzhou Central Hospital from April,2011 to February,2013 and accorded with inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. The patients were randomly assigned into control group(n=67)and trial group (n=67). The control group received treatment with adefovir dipivoxil and the trial group received treatment with both Fuzheng Huayu capsule and adefovir dipivoxil;treatment of both groups lasted for one year continuously. Clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, the two groups were not significantly different in CD40 , CD11C , CD86 , HBV-DNA,DNA-,IFN-γand DCs stimulated activity(P ﹥0. 05). After treatment,the two groups were significantly different in CD40,CD11C,CD86,HBV-DNA,DNA -,IFN-γ and DCs stimulated activity(P ﹤0. 05). After treatment, the two groups were significantly different in CD40,CD11C,CD86,HBV-DNA,DNA - and IFN-γ(P ﹤0. 05)and not significantly different in DCs stimulated activity ( P ﹥0. 05 ) . Conclusion Fuzheng Huayu capsule combined with adefovir dipivoxil can effectively improve DCs function and has better clinical effect.
