摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate change in high sensitivity C - reactive protein ( hs - CRP ) and granular membrane protein 140 ( GMP140 )in patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome during acute attack of ischemic cerebral vascular disease(ICVD). Methods We recruited 120 patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome during acute attack of ICVD who were admitted into Department of Neurological Rehabilitation of Nanyang Central Hospital from May to December in 2013 and assigned them into case group. Another 30 healthy adults who received physical examination in the hospital in the same period were enrolled as control group. According to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,patients in case group were further divided into phlegm group,blood stasis group,phlegm-blood stasis group and no syndrome group,with each group 30 patients. Levels of serum hs-CRP and GMP140 were tested and compared between case group and control group,and between the four subgroups of case group. Results Significant differences existed in level of serum hs-CRP and GMP140 between case group and control group(P﹤0. 05). Significant differences existed in level of serum hs-CRP and GMP140 among four subgroups of case group(P ﹤0. 05). Phlegm -blood stasis group was significantly different from phlegm group,blood stasis group and no syndrome group in level of serum hs-CRP and GMP140 ( P﹤0. 05 ). Conclusion Patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome during acute attack of ICVD have high level of serum hs-CRP and GMP140,especially the patients with both phlegm and blood stasis.关键词
