摘要
Abstract
Objective To make two case reports of non -occupational lead poisoning with sudden liver damage as main manifestation in order to raise awareness of the disease and promote early diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical data of two cases of non-occupational lead poisoning with sudden liver damage as main manifestation were collected from Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital and analyzed. Relevant literature were retrieved and reviewed. ResuIts Symptoms of non -occupational lead poisoning include sudden liver damage,raise in hemobilirubin level and abdominal pain of varying degrees. These symptoms disappeared after lead-eliminating treatment. ConcIusion For patients with sudden liver damage,raise in hemobilirubin level and abdominal pain with unknown reason,lead poisoning should be considered as a possible cause.关键词
