慢性病患者药店购药行为意向的影响机制探讨：计划行为理论视角下的实证研究
Influencing Mechanism of Consuming Intention in Pharmacy Among Patients With Chronic Diseases - empirical Study From the Perspective of the Theory of Planned Behavior

Abstract
Objective To reasonably guide the flow direction of patients with chronic diseases on buying drugs by analyzing the intention and its influencing factors of buying drugs in pharmacy,facilitating the reduction of burden of patients and medical institution,advocating the pharmacy to play a greater role in drug market and pharmacy services regarding chronic disease management. Methods From September to November 2013,a small sample(196 cases)pilot survey was carried out by one -to - one interview in communities,hospitals and drugstores in Nanjing. From March to June 2014,a large sample(401 cases) survey was carried out. The Theory of Planned Behavior were used to explore the influences of attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavioral control on consuming intention. The survey were conducted in Nanjing with questionnaire designed based on TPB. The model of consuming intention in pharmacy were established and LISREL 8. 70 were used in structural equation modeling analysis of empirical data. Results Attitude had a most significant influence on the intention of choosing pharmacy among patients with chronic diseases,followed by perceived behavioral control. Subjective norms had no direct influence on behavior intention. Conclusion The most effective way to promote intention formation is reinforcement of positive attitude and perception of behavior control. Pharmacies should enhance its operational strength and qualifications of chronic disease management services to meet the needs of patients better,guide consumers group of drugs for chronic disease and promote the decreases of medical and economic burdens.关键词
