社区卫生服务机构在养老机制建设中的发展思路探讨
Thought on the Development Mode of Community Health Service Settings in the Elderly Supporting Mechanism Construction

Abstract
Elderly support has become an important public health problem that is urgent to be solved, and it is essential to explore a scientific mode for elderly supporting mechanism construction. Community-family endowment is a suitable model for China's characteristics,which caters to the emotional needs of the elderly,saves social pension cost,improves the quality of elderly support,and reduces the pressure of family members. Currently,the greatest difficulty faced by the community-family endowment is the medical issue,and the development of community health service settings is the key and basis for accelerating the construction of elderly support mechanism. Datun Community Health Service Center helped residents had access to community-family endowment by taking an important part in medical conjoined construction,providing family doctor service and stabilizing the team of general practitioners. With Datun Community Health Service Center as a model case,we investigated the development mode of community health service settings in the construction of elderly supporting mechanism in order to provide valuable experience for building community family endowment mechanism.关键词
