安宁自然死的适用主体和临床策略研究
On Legal Subject and Clinical Strategy of Hospice Natural Death
摘要
Abstract
Hospice natural death is to offer hospice care but not cardiopulmonary resuscitation( CRP)to terminal patients with the consent of the patient or his immediate family. The legal subject system in mainland China should refer to the standard of terminal patients in Taiwan instead that of America and excludes permanent vegetables. Not offering CRP excludes abandonment of artificial alimentation. This methods can prevent hospice natural death from being considered euthanasia. Thus major ethical dilemma could be avoided,and to help the clinical application of hospice natural death.关键词
