摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of residents on community health services in Henan Province and provide a reference for it. Methods Using stratified sampling method,We divided Hebi city into neW urban district and old urban district,randomly selected one community health service center from each of the tWo districts,and enrolled 240 subjects from the tWo centers from March to April in 2014. The subjects included residents Who Were receiving treatment then in the tWo community health service centers,residents Who received treatment there in the past three months,and residents Who once received vaccination and health education there. A self-designed questionnaire Was used to investigate the satisfaction degree of the subjects With community health services,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method Was employed to make a comprehensive analysis on the survey results. Results The subjects Were generally satisfied With community health services,the satisfaction degrees With general environment,preventive care,service attitude,technical level and service charge Were 73. 82,72. 00, 74. 25,73. 01and 69. 01. Conclusion Henan Province has made some achievements in community health services. The residents in Henan Province generally hold high satisfaction degree With community health services, While the satisfaction degrees With preventive care and service charge are loWer. We suggest the charging system should be further improved and public health services should be encouraged and supervised,in order to ensure the public Welfare of community health service settings.关键词
