摘要
Abstract
Metabolic syndrome( MS) is characterized by obesity,high blood pressure,dyslipidemia and abnormal glucose metabolism and the other risk factors clustered. With the development of society and economy,changing of the life style, its incidence rate shows a rising trend. Abdominal obesity and insulin resistance play a key role in the pathogenesis of MS. Recent studies indicate that MS increases the morbidity,disability and mortality rate of many diseases like diabetic mellitus, hypertension,hyperuricemia,non - alcoholic fatty liver disease,cardiovascular disease,chronic kidney disease,polycystic ovarian syndrome,cancer,etc. This article reviews the advances in the research of metabolic syndrome related diseases.关键词
