苜蓿是一种优质的奶牛饲草来源，具有非常高的营养价值。本文对从苜蓿产业的发展历史、趋势和苜蓿的营养学特性、加工工艺以及在奶牛生产中的应用情况等方面进行了综述，并展望了苜蓿产业的发展前景。
Alfalfa is a quality herbage resource for dairy cattle,which has high nutritional value. The history and trends of alfalfa industry,the nutritional properties,processing technology of alfalfa and its application in dairy production were summarized,moreover, the prospect of alfalfa industry was prospected in this paper.
