Abstract
In this paper, the foreign brands and domestic brands of infant formula milk powder were compared with the marked value and the actual content, in order to know whether the label information is consistent with product inner quality. The results shows that the sample qualiifed rate of foreign and domestic infant formula milk powder are basical y lfat, brand qualiifed rate of domestic infant formula powder is higher. The main problems are the actual content of vitamin and mineral index does not match the marked value. This problem should be brought to the attention of both domestic and foreign enterprises.关键词
