Abstract
As a natural active substance, plant sterol has high security. In recent years, plant sterol has been widely applied in food, dairy, medical science, cosmetics, animal food and so on. It has a broad research and application prospects. This paper reviews the advancement of study on physiological function and application of plant sterol. Accordingly, it also introduces the detection method of plant sterol.关键词
