Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of probiotics combined with olsalazine on fecal calprotectin of ulcerative colitis(UC) patients.Methods:217 patients with UC were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(108 cases in the observation group,109 cases in the control group),the observation group were given probiotics combined with olsalazine,the control group were given olsalazine.We observed the curative effect of the two groups,and to determinate fecal calprotectin levels before and after treatment of two groups.Results:After the treatment of probiotics combined with olsalazine,the levels of fecal calprotectin of patients decreased significantly.Conclusion:Probiotics combine with olsalazine can effectively reduce fecal calprotectin of ulcerative colitis patients.关键词
