Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of classic laryngeal mask in the laparoscopic downward bilateral tubal ligation.Methods:80 patients with laparoscopic downward bilateral tubal ligation were selected.They wer randomly divided into the endotracheal tube group(T group)and the traditional laryngeal mask group(L group).Results:In T group,SBP,DBP,HR in T3,T4 were significantly higher than that of T2; in T group,SBP,DBPin T3,T4 were significantly higher than that of L group,the HR significantly increased faster too;there were no significant difference between the two groups of SPO2,PETCO2 and PIP;the number of cases of quiet extubation (cover) in L group increased significantly higher than that of T group in the end of the surgery,and the number of cases of complications was significantly lower too.Conclusion:The application of laryngeal mask anesthesia in the laparoscopic downward bilateral tubal ligation have many advantages,such as it can ensure adequate analgesia,good muscle relaxation,the effect of HR,BP,SPO2 in patients is light , hemodynamic stability,convenient implantation,fewer postoperative complications and so on.关键词
