婴儿痉挛症的临床诊断及治疗分析35例
Analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment in 35 cases of infantile spasms
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze clinical diagnosis and treatment of infantile spasms.Methods:35 children with IS were treated in our hospital,10 cases were given sodium valproate,8 cases were given adrenocorticotropic hormone intravenous injection,5 cases were given topiramate,2 cases were given methylprednisolone,5 cases were given lamotrigine,5 cases were given gamma globulin. Results:14 cases were complete remission(40%),10 cases were occasional tics(28.5%),5 casesstill had seizures(14.3%),5 cases have the trend to become Lennox-Gastaut syndrome(14.3% ),1 case lost to follow-up(2.8% ).Conclusion:The research and exploration of IS in depth is benefit to reasonable clinical treatment and improve the prognosis.关键词
