综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:160 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each.The observation group was treated with mechanical traction,massage combined with radio frequency and drug treatment;the control group was only treated with mechanical traction and massage.We compared the therapeutic effects and the pain VAS score of two groups.Results:The therapeutic effects and the pain VAS score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is good,it can effectively relieve the pain of patients.关键词
