摘要
Abstract
Objective:To improve the level of diagnosis of cystic renal carcinoma with CT,MRI.Methods:We analyzed the image data of CT,MRI scan and enhanced scan in 8 cases with pathologically proved cystic renal carcinoma.Results:The mainly imaging manifestations were thick wall,or irregularly spaced,mural nodule,irregular calcification,clear or unclear edge,barren supply of blood in cystic lesions,unclear strengthen after enhanced scanning,moderate enhancement in cyst wall,wall nodule and breaks. MRI examination showed slightly low signal in T1WI images,slightly high signal in T2WI images,and showed the cystic wall and septum clearly.Conclusion:Cystic renal carcinoma own some image characteristics,given recommended biopsies for atypical patients.关键词
