摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of MUC2 and EP-CAM protein in ovarian epithelial tumors. Methods:We detected the expression of MUC2 and EP-CAM by immunohistochemical SP method in 48 cases of ovarian cancer, 16 cases of borderline tumors and 12 cases of benign tissue.We analyzed the relationship between it and the occurrence and development,invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer,as well as what was the correlation of protein expression between them. Results:The expression rates of MUC2 and EP-CAM in ovarian cancer,borderline tumors and benign tissue descending in order, the differences among them were statistically significant(P<0.05);both the expression of them in ovarian cancer tissues were positively correlated(r=0.583,P<0.01).Conclusions:There are closely association between the high expression of MUC2 and EP-CAM protein and the development of ovarian cancer,the protein expression of them has closely correlation.关键词
