Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and related nursing on ventilator in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure.Methods:84 children with neonatal respiratory failure were selected.The children were given ventilator assisted breathing and careful nursing,such as observation,nursing of respiratory,intubation and extubation related nursing,the basic nursing,and reasonable and timely drug use.We observed the clinical efficacy,such as the improvment of signs and symptoms,changes of blood oxygen saturation and blood gas and so on.Results:In 84 cases of children,74 cases were cured,6 cases gave up treatment,4 patients died,the cure rate was 88.09%.Conclusion:Newborn with respiratory failure can have a good clinical effect by using of ventilator,adjuvant therapy,and careful nursing.关键词
