摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of application of humanistic care in outpatient service nursing.Methods:3566 outpatients were selected as the observation group,and selected 2994 cases of outpatient as the control group at the same time.The control group were given general nursing.The observation group were given humanistic care based on the control group.Results:In the bservation group,the satisfaction was 97.6%;in the control group,the satisfaction was 70.0%,the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:We can improve the patient satisfaction,the quality of nursing and clinical efficacy by strengthen the humanistic care.关键词
