Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical pharmacy characteristics of antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:100 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.Application characteristics of antihypertensive drugs were analyzed.Results:In clinical hypertension drugs,some species were commonly used,including sympathetic inhibitors,diuretics,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,calcium antagonists,vasodilators and so on.Among them, the use rate of valsartan was the highest(32%);the second was furosemide with the use rate of 19%;the use rate of nifedipine was 10%;the use rate of captopril was 5%;the use rate of sodium nitroprusside was 3%;the use rate of rilmenidine was 2%.For the comparison of recovery rate,captopril was relatively low.Adverse reactions were all relatively higher with less than 20% . Conclusion:When we choose antihypertensive drug therapy for elderly patients with hypertension,we should consider the drug resistance of the body and hypertension severity.We need to adopt the targeted drugs and pay attention to prevention of complications in order to improve the recovery rate,guarantee the drug effect,avoid adverse events and improve the quality of life of elderly patients.关键词
