呼吸机在急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用分析
Application analysis of breathing machine in acute respiratory distress syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application of breathing machine in acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:57 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome were selected.They were treated by conventional anti-inflammatory,fluid infusion and symptomatic treatment,at the same time,they received early mechanical ventilation therapy.Clinical effect of patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In the 57 cases of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome,the machine time was 6~22 hours,there were 54 cases with normal spontaneous breathing after offline.3 patients died because of his serious injuries. Compared with before treatment,heart rate,blood pressure,respiratory rate,PaO2,PaCO2 and other indicators of 54 patients with safety offline had obvious improvement.Conclusion:Clinical auxiliary ventilator in treating acute respiratory distress syndrome patients can effectively improve the treatment effect of the patients and reduce the mortality rate.关键词
