Abstract
Objective:To discuss and study the clinical treatment experience of pantoprazole quadruple therapy on peptic ulcer. Methods:118 patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer complicated with positive Hp were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.86 cases of the treatment group were given pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets,colloidal bismuth pectin granules,amoxicillin capsules and clarithromycin sustained release tablets of quadruple therapy, 32 cases of the control group were given the pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets and colloidal bismuth pectin granules.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 100%,the helicobacter pylori negative rate was 93.02%;in the control group,the total effective rate was 90.63%,the helicobacter pylori negative rate was 18.75%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effect of pantoprazole quadruple therapy on peptic ulcer is better than that of proton pump inhibitors alone combined with bismuth.There are significant differences in symptom remission rate,efficacy and helicobacter pylori negative rate.关键词
