奎硫平治疗阿尔茨海默病精神行为症状对照研究
Control study of quetiapine in the treatment of alzheimer's disease(AD) with behavioral and psychological symptoms

Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of quetiapine and risperidone in the treatment of alzheimer's disease(AD) patients with behavioral and psychological symptoms(BPSD).Methods:60 cases of AD patients with behavioral and psychological symptoms were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were respectively treated with quetiapine and risperidone for 6 weeks.Treatment effects were assessed with the behavioral pathology in alzheimer's disease rating scale(BEHAVE-AD) and mini mental state examination(MMSE).Adverse reactions were assessed with treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results:In the quetiapine group,the effective rate was 84.5%;in the risperidone group,the effective rate was 83%.Conclusion:The safety of quetiapine is higher.关键词
