摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the common causes and prevention and cure of lower gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly. Methods:72 elderly patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding were selected,the clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:34 cases were cured(47.2%),13 cases were markedly effective(18%),5 cases were effective(6.9%), 20 cases were invalid(27.2% ).The 20 patients were patients with advanced colorectal cancer patients.Conclusion:Colorectal cancer,colorectal polyps and chronic colitis are the common causes of lower gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly.Symptoms can be significantly improved with positive and effective treatment.关键词
