摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of duodenal fistula decompression via stomach in duodenal operation.Methods:25 patients with duodenal operation were selected,all patients were treated with duodenal fistula decompression via stomach.The treatment effects were observed and analyzed.Methods:Treatment of 24 patients were effective;among them,3 patients were improved,21 patients were cured,the total effective rate was 96%.Treatment of 1 patient was invalid.Treatment of 1 patient with duodenal injury complicated with pancreatic injury was invalid,the patient eventually died.The main reason was the serious hemorrhage and multiple organ failure after operation.The remaining patients were reviewed by the CT,B ultrasound and barium meal,the results showed that patients were recovered without serious complications.Conclusion:The application of duodenal fistula decompression via stomach in duodenal operation can effectively control the incidence of postoperative complications,make the operation simple,and it has high value in clinical application.关键词
