Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with acute pulpitis treated with oral root canal.Methods:76 patients with acute pulpitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 38 cases in each according to the double chromosphere way on the basis of voluntary.The treatment group was treated with oral root canal,the control group was treated with routine drugs.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results:Through 6 months of review,in the treatment group,the total efficiency was 94.7%(36/38);in the control group,the total efficiency was 73.7% (28/38);the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);For the pain of patients,the pain of the treatment group was lighter in 1 day after treatment,the pain of the control group was heavier,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical therapeutic effect of patients with acute pulpitis treated with oral root canal is significant,it has a higher cure rate and less referral number,and is safe without side effect.关键词
