血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察
Curative effect observation of Xue Shuan Tong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Xue Shuan Tong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Two groups of acute cerebral infarction patients were treated by different therapeutic methods,and we compared the results of treatment. On the basic of drug treatment,the treatment group of 43 cases were treated by Xue Shuan Tong 400mg plus saline 250ml for intravenous drip.43 cases in control group were given Salvia miltiorrhiza injection 30ml plus saline 250ml for intravenous drip,1 time/day,1 course of treatment was 14 days.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 90.70%;in control group,the total effective rate was 76.74%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Xue Shuan Tong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
