应用参附强心汤治疗阳虚血瘀型心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of yang deficiency and blood stasis type of heart failure treated with Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction.Methods:164 patients with yang deficiency and blood stasis type of heart failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 82 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,the study group was treated with Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction on the basis of the control group.The improvement of heart function and the comprehensive efficiency before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:After the two groups treated with different methods,left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups was increased,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter was decreased.After adding Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction,in the study group,heart function recovery and comprehensive effective rate were significantly better than the control group treated with western medicine individually,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of yang deficiency and blood stasis type of heart failure treated with Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction is significant.关键词
