Correlation analysis of modified CT severity index and clinical conditions of moderate acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:Through the examination of CT to investigate the diagnostic value of modified CT severity index on acute pancreatitis(AP),to explore the correlation of modified CT severity index and clinical conditions of moderate acute pancreatitis,so as to play a guiding role for making a reasonable treatment and prognostic judgement.Methods:198 patients with MSAP were selected,including male of 146 cases and female of 52 cases.Age was 32~76 years old,mean age was 49 ± 13 years old.All patients underwent pancreatic enhancement CT examination to collect the imaging and clinical data.We observed the constituent ratio of MCTSI score and complications,and the correlation with clinical Rason,PACHE Ⅱ and BISAP score.Results:In the cases with one or more different severe complications,MCTSI expression appeared in 4~10 obviously;MCTSI was positively correlated with Rason,APACHE Ⅱ and BISAP score respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enhanced CT examination of MCTSI in the diagnosis of moderate acute pancreatitis has definite value;there is correlation between MCTSI score and clinical disease.It has important value for evaluation of severity and prognosis of the moderate acute pancreatitis.关键词
