Investigatation of the implementation effect of clinical nursing pathway for patients with acute myocardial infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway for the patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:84 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was managed by traditional nursing mode,the observation group was managed by clinical emergency care path model.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the hospitalization time and bed time of patients were shorter than the control group,the disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group,and the incidence rate of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway can significantly reduce hospitalization and bed time of the patients with acute myocardial infarction,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and improve patient satisfaction,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
