Evaluation of application effect of high quality nursing service mode in fracture patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of high quality nursing service mode in fracture patients.Methods:80 patients with fracture were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing of department of orthopedics,the observation group was given high quality nursing service mode on the basis of the control group.We assessed the depressive state of patients with hamilton depression scale(HAMD),and we assessed the sleep quality in the hospitalization and rehabilitation efficacy of patients in 3 months after operation.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence rate of HAMD and insomnia of patients in hospitalization of the observation group were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the rate of good postoperative of the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing service model can significantly improve depression and sleep quality of fracture patients,and promote the rehabilitation of fracture patients.关键词
