Application of humanistic nursing in clinical care of obstetrics and gynecology

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application value of humanistic nursing in clinical care of obstetrics and gynecology,and to summarize the nursing method.Methods:50 patients were selected as the control group with routine nursing care,50 patients were selected as the observation group with humanistic nursing.The related indicators were compared.Results:In the observation group, 4 cases had adverse events and outcomes,which was better than the control group of 20 cases.The satisfaction and nursing times of observation group were 94.77±2.63 scores and 54.22±29.08 times/person,which were better than those of the control group with 82.69±21.35 score and 32.59±13.45 times/person,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the hospital stay time was 8.02±4.83 days;in the control group,it was 8.38±5.62 days,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic nursing in clinical care of obstetrics and gynecology can effectively inhibit the nursing risks,reduce nursing errors and disputes and improve patient satisfaction,but it increase the workload of nursing,hospital should carry out it according to the actual situation.关键词
