脑梗死缺血再灌注损伤机制的研究进展
Research progress of the mechanism of cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury
摘要
Abstract
Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury is a research hotspot of acute cerebral infarction at present,and its mechanism is complex.In recent years,the study found that cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury has relationship with Na +-K +-ATP enzyme, glutathione peroxidase,nitric oxide synthas,peroxisome proliferators activated receptor gamma,Caspase-3,aquapon-4 and so on. Through this research,we can give intervention measures as soon as possible,reduce the degree of reperfusion injury after cerebral infarction,save more brain death,improve the ability of daily life of the patients.关键词
