摘要
Abstract
The medication safety is very important during pregnancy.Some drugs can cause birth defects.In order to explore the safety and drug use of women during pregnancy,the drug that has a toxic effect on fetus are divided into 5 classes:class A,class B, class C,class D and class X.The A class and B class drugs mainly contain vitamins.The C class drugs mainly include aspirin, gentamicin and so on.The D class and X class drugs have clear teratogenic effects.We expound the medication principle of pregnant women,avoid medication errors and drug abuse,promote rational use of drugs,reduce the abnormality rate of fetal, improve prenatal and postnatal care.关键词
