Abstract
Objective:To observation the curative effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of carotid atheromatous plaque.Methods:140 patients with carotid atheromatous plaque were randomly divided into the the control group(n=72)and the treatment group(n=68).The control group was given foundation treatment,living guidance and aspirin treatment,the treatment group was given atorvastatin treatment on the basis of the control group.All patients were treated for twelve months,reviewed blood lipid,CRP and bilateral carotid artery ultrasonography in two months after the treatment,then we analyzed the data.Results:Compared with before treatment and after treatment of the control group,the blood lipid(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C),CRP and IMT of the treatment group were lower,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of carotid atheromatous plaque is exact,and it is better than the control group.关键词
