Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of moxifloxacin in the treatment of elderly community acquired pneumonia. Methods:43 patients with CAP were selected from December 2010 to August 2012,all patients were treated by intravenous drip 0.4g moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection,1 time/day.After Patients with normal body temperature more than 48 hours,patients were treated by the oral moxifloxacin.The period of treatment was 7~10 days.All patients were given including oxygen,antiasthmatic and expectorant treatment.Results:In 43 elderly patients,23 cases(53.49% ) were totle effective,17 cases(39.53%) were effective,the total efficiency was 93.02%.Conclusion:Moxifloxacin is safe and effective in the treatment of elderly community acquired pneumonia,it is worth learning.关键词
