注射用生长抑素对急性胰腺炎早期治疗的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of somatostatin for injection in the early treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods:57 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=29)and the control group(n=28).Two groups received conventional therapy plus somatostatin treatment.On the day of admission,the treatment group was given somatostatin treatment.The third days after admission,the control group was given somatostatin treatment.We observed the restoration of normal time of blood and urine amylase,the disappearing time of clinical symptoms and the clinical healing time of patients in two groups after using somatostatin,and contrastively analyzed the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The restoration of normal time of blood and urine amylase,the disappearing time of clinical symptoms and the clinical healing time of the treatment group were shorter than these of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the early stage of acute pancreatitis,the therapeutic effect of somatostatin for injection is remarkable.It can control the progression of the disease to a certain extent,so it should be used as early as possible.关键词
