注射用生长抑素对急性胰腺炎早期治疗的疗效观察OA
Curative effect observation of somatostatin for injection in the early treatment of acute pancreatitis
目的：探讨注射用生长抑素对急性胰腺炎早期治疗的临床疗效。方法：选择57例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字法将患者分为治疗组29例和对照组28例，两组均采用常规治疗+生长抑素治疗。入院当天，治疗组给予生长抑素治疗；入院后第3天，对照组给予生长抑素治疗。观察两组患者使用生长抑素后血尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间、临床症状消失时间和临床治愈时间，并对两组间的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果：治疗组血尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间、临床症状消失时间和临床治愈时间均短于对照…查看全部>>
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of somatostatin for injection in the early treatment of acute pancreatitis.
