小儿支原体肺炎95例临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of erythromycin and azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:95 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected from February 2012 to January 2014.40 cases of the control group were treated with erythromycin 30mg /(kg·day) dissolved in 50g/L glucose intravenously,1 time/day, continuous treatment for 14 days.Based on the treatment of the control group,50 cases of the observation group were treated with azithromycin 10mg/(kg·day)dissolved in 50g/L glucose intravenously,1 time/day,continuous treatment for 5 days.Results:In 55 cases of the observation group,50 cases were cured,the cure rate was 90.1%.3 cases was effective,2 cases was progress.The total efficiency was 100.0%.In 40 cases of the control group,24 cases were cured,the cure rate was 60.5%.6 cases was effective,5 cases was progress,5 cases was no effective.The total efficiency was 87.5% .There were significant differences between those of two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erythromycin combined with azithromycin is the effective drug in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,it is worthy of promotion.关键词
