摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the traditional operation and small incision minimally invasive operation in the treatment of infantile hernia.Methods:140 patients with infantile hernia were selected.According to the operation method, all patients were divided into two groups.70 children were treated with the traditional operation as the control group,70 children were treated with the small incision minimally invasive operation as the observation group. The surgical indications and postoperative complications of two groups were compared. Results:In the observation group, the incision length was (1.5±0.4)cm,the operation time was (12.4 ± 1.8)minutes,the intraoperative bleeding volume was (4.6 ± 1.2)ml,the postoperative hospitalization time was (2.3±0.7)days,there were significantly lower than (3.5±0.7)cm,(19.8±2.3)minutes,(7.9±1.5)ml,(4.2±1)days of the control grou. The incidence rate(1.4%) of postoperative complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that(10%) of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional operation and small incision minimally invasive operation all are the effective method in the treatment of infantile hernia. The minimally invasive operation has less trauma,is beneficial to the early recovery of children, has high security.关键词
