小儿肺炎支原体肺炎50例临床观察与诊治
Clinical observation and diagnosis and treatment of 50 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the treatment effect of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:50 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected.They were treated with azithromycin.Results:After treatment of 50 patients,the temperature of 40 cases(80% ) returned to the normal in 5 days.The temperature of 2 cases(4% ) returned to the normal in 6 days.The temperature of 8 cases(16% ) returned to the normal in 10 days.In 50 cases,40 cases(80% ) were cured,and 40 cases of chest lesions were absorbed completely in the discharge X-ray check.While 10 cases(20%) were improved,the temperature recovered to the normal.Their condition were improved and this 10 patients discharged.and the review showed that chest lesions were completely absorbed after discharged 5~8 days.Conclusion:Azithromycin has an obvious effect on children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and the adverse reaction is mild,so,it is worthy of promotion.关键词
